How do I see the reports and graphs?
The reports are available through a subscription. Select Reports at the bottom of the Session screen. You can subscribe with a monthly fee or a one-time annual fee. The reports will then be available. There is a symbol on the upper right corner of the Summary Report. This will display the graphs.
Can I see more than one day on the Daily Activity Report?
Yes. Tap the calendar symbol and select the date range by selecting a begin date and an end date. You can select any single date or a date range. The report will always default to the last day you logged activity.
Can I have more than one goal for an Activity?
Yes, if the Type of goal is different. Example, you may have goal of accumulating 25 miles on the treadmill. You can also enter a separate maximum Time goal you want to spend on the treadmill for a session, like 30 minutes. The goal status will be available on the YTD (Year-to-Date) Goal Status Report.
What is a Cumulative Goal?
Cumulative Goals are where you want to reach a total amount for an Activity. Example, if your goal is to do 5,000 push-ups, the Tracker will accumulate all of your push-ups from every session. The goal status will be available on the YTD (Year-to-Date) Goal Status Report.
Can I print the Reports?
Yes. On each report, in the upper right corner, there is a symbol that allows you to print or email your report. The emailed reports will be sent in a format that will allow you to open in a spreadsheet. You can modify your output or further analyze your data.
Is the Total Weight Moved on the Summary report, weight volume?
No. This is the total of a single rep for all Activity for any given weight. Example: If you bench press 110 lbs for 10 reps, 125 lbs for 8 reps and 135 lbs for 6 reps, the total weight moved is the sum of each weight, 110 + 125 + 135 = 370 lbs. Reps are not a part of ths equation.
