The SportsApple Fitness Tracker is a versatile yet simple way to track any activity. It provides an easy way to log your activities and review at anytime. With cloud based storage, you can access pre-designed reports without the risk of losing your data. This saves storage on your device. You can create goals and review your progress anytime. You can email, print or export reports and data in an Excel spreadsheet format.
Available now, for the iPhone (iOS) device.
Log body statistics, default workout location and other user information.
Enter email address
Create a password. Password must be at lease 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number.
Select Goals from the menu on the bottom of the screen. Tap the + symbol and select an Activity to create a Goal.
Weight Example
If you want to reach a goal of lifting 50 lbs doing Curls, select the Activity, select Weight for the Goal Type and enter the weight amount.
Distance Example
If you want to reach a goal of 10 miles for an Activity select the Activity (i.e. Bike), select Distance for the Goal Type and enter the Distance amount.
Time Example
If you want to reach a goal of 0:30 (minutes) for an Activity, select the Activity (i.e. Elliptical), select Time for the Goal Type and enter the amount of Time .
Count Example
If you want to reach a goal of completing 50,000 Push-Ups, select the Activity, select Count for the Goal Type and enter the Count amount.
The status of your goal(s) can be viewed on the Goals Report.
You can have one or more activity (exercise) sessions per day. Tap on the "plus (+)" in the upper right corner to enter a new session. The Session screen automatically defaults to the current date. To change to a previous date, use the left arrow on the date line to scroll back, or tap the "calendar" and select the date you want. The location will default to the location you listed in your Profile under Settings. This can be changed on this screen if you want to enter a different location. The other fields are optional, or you can update them later.
If you click on the chain link in the upper left corner on the Session screen, it will take you to a web page with a new fitness topic twice a month (WeekLink). This link is also available on the SportsApple web site.
To enter Activities, tap on "Next" in the upper right corner. Tap on the "plus (+)" on the blue bar. Tap the top "choose an exercise" field and select an activity from the stock list. You can create your custom (favorites) list by selecting "custom" at the top of the list, then enter your activity. This will become a part of your Favorites list. Then select the type of Activity (i.e., weight, count, time, distance). Then enter the additional information based on the type of activity.
Editing
Once you have completed entering your Activity, tap "Save" in the upper right of the screen. Once a Session has been saved, you can edit the Session Details or Activity by swiping the screen to the left.
